We are offering opportunities for businesses to occupy space within the new Salford City Stadium, which is located off the busy A57 and linked to junction 11 of the M60. The stadium is now open for events and is the new home for rugby Super League’s Salford City Reds.

The space

The accommodation is beneath the main stand and benefits from extensive adjacent parking (600 plus).

The ground floor provides 359 square metres (3,864 square feet) of retail space and the first floor of the stand provides 668 square metres (7,190 square feet) of office/ancillary space.
