Artificial Turf Pitch

 

The Salford City Stadium is not just for the sporting rugby elite, but for the aspiring future stars of football and rugby alike. The stadium boasts state of the art 4G floodlit artificial turf pitches catering for people of all playing abilities.

The artificial turf pitches offer high quality playing surfaces for both full size training and top quality small sided football, played on a synthetic sports surface that replicates the playing conditions of real grass. As well as catering for training and football, the pitches can also be used for parties.

Soccer leagues

The Salford City Stadium is a key venue for soccer leagues in the region. The stadium can host finals on the main pitch which offers an attractive choice for soccer leagues.

Community hire charges

The Salford City Stadium artificial pitches are available for booking at the following times:

  • Monday – Friday 9.00am – 10.00pm (last booking 9.00pm – 10.00pm)
  • Saturday and Sunday 9.00am – 6.00pm (last booking 5.00pm – 6.00pm)

Please not that Christmas and Bank Holiday opening hours may vary.

The cost of hiring a pitch varies for peak and off-peak time bookings.
