Starters

Main courses

- Baked salmon with a citrus crust, crushed herb new potatoes, lime and ginger cream
- Rosemary scented rack of pork with chive new potatoes, Calvados sauce
- Slow braised beef with Guinness and thyme jus, spring onion crushed potatoes
- Asparagus, broad bean and parmesan risotto (V)
All main courses are served with panache of fresh, seasonal vegetables
