Starters

  • Spiced carrot and butternut squash soup (v)
  • Roasted leek and chorizo tart with mixed leaf and balsamic glaze
  • Peppered smoked mackerel with a potato and horseradish remoulade
  • Grilled aubergine, mozzarella and plum tomato salad, yellow pepper coulis (v)

Main courses

  • Free range chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham, parmentier potatoes, Marsala jus
  • Baked salmon with a citrus crust, crushed herb new potatoes, lime and ginger cream
  • Rosemary scented rack of pork with chive new potatoes, Calvados sauce
  • Slow braised beef with Guinness and thyme jus, spring onion crushed potatoes
  • Asparagus, broad bean and parmesan risotto (V)

All main courses are served with panache of fresh, seasonal vegetables

Desserts

  • Fruits of the forest cheesecake, honey crème fraiche
  •  Milk chocolate and raspberry tart, clotted cream
  •  Stem ginger crème brulee, butter shortbread
  •  Tangy lemon tart tatin, fresh raspberry compote

  • Warm tarte tatin of vine ripened cherry tomatoes, truffle mascarpone (v)
  • Oriental spiced chicken skewers, mange tout, beansprout and mixed pepper salad, soy and wasabi dressing
  • Seared loin of yellow fin tuna, black olive nicoise salad, quail eggs
  • Smoked bacon and wild mushroom tart, mixed leaves and roasted plum tomatoes
  • Tartare of salmon gravadlax, dill pickles and shallots, crème fraiche and avruga caviar, crispy capers and baby leaves

Main courses

  • Pot roast breast of duck with dauphinoise potato, caramelised shallots and beetroot, tarragon and port jus
  •  Slow roast rump of lamb, butter braised potato, French beans and vine ripened cherry tomatoes
  • Fillets of plaice with a wild mushroom and prawn fricassee, buttered fondant potato, seasonal baby vegetables
  •  Roast rib eye of beef with traditional Yorkshire pudding, roast chateau potatoes and horseradish sauce
  • Green olive and cherry tomato galette with baby mozzarella, basil and sun blushed tomato salsa (V)
