What’s there?
The stadium is the new home for Salford City Reds and Sale Sharks and has spectator facilities as well as rooms and suites for high quality events, including weddings, conferences, entertainment or business events. To find out more visit our conferences page

Where is it?
The stadium is in Salford just off the M60 (junction 11) next to City Airport.

How do I get there?

Can I park at the stadium?
Yes there is ample parking with 600 spaces. For match day visitors there are parking charges.

What are the rules and regulations of the stadium?

Matches

What are the fixtures?

Can I bring my own food and drink to the stadium?
Beverages can only be purchased from inside the stadium.

Will bars be open for each match?
Yes, bars will be open for spectators on match days.

Are there any items that I may not bring into the stadium?
Visitors can not bring personal beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) into the stadium. All beverages must be purchased via designated and approved concessions and vendors.

Routine, unannounced searches may be conducted by our security team as part of our ground regulations and on the advice of the police.  This is for the safety and security of spectators and fans. For more information, take a look at our ground regulations under the ‘Stadium’ section above.

The stadium is a strictly non-smoking venue.

Disabled access

Can disabled visitors park at the stadium on event days?
There are allocated disabled parking spaces. Please see the Access section for more information.

What facilities are there for disabled visitors?
The stadium is fully compliant with the requirements of Disability Discrimination Act and the Guide to Facilities for Disabled Spectators in Stadia. These ensure full accessibility for disabled spectators to all areas of the stadium. For details of facilities please see the Access section for more.

What are the ticket prices for disabled visitors?

Can I book tickets for future events?
As tickets are bookable as they become available on the stadium’s ticket booking facility, visit our events section to book tickets.

Can I bring my assistance dog?
Yes, assistance dogs are allowed into the stadium.

Where is the Ticket Office?
The Ticket Office is in the concourse of the main stand.

Can I book Salford City Stadium a venue for an event?

Can I get married at the stadium?
The Salford City Stadium provides a contemporary and luxurious venue for weddings or celebrations. The banqueting suite can hold up to 750 people, or can be split into smaller rooms to suit various requirements. For more information visit our wedding page.

What catering facilities are available?
The stadium’s banqueting and catering partners Azure are on hand to deliver any event whatever your plans.

Community pitches

When are the community pitches available for hire?
Bookings for the community pitches are now being taken from our Pitch Hire section.

How many pitches are there?
There is one full size grass pitch and one full size artificial turf pitch that is divisible into two smaller pitches three for five or seven player teams. For more information visit our Community section.

Are there changing rooms?
There are separate changing rooms in the South Stand for the community pitches.
