Stadium management

Salford City Council and Peel Holdings formed a joint venture company, the City of Salford Community Stadium Company Limited, to develop and manage the new £26 million stadium at Barton-upon-Irwell.

The Salford City Stadium is the new home of Salford City Reds, the city’s rugby Super League club. The stadium will provide quality sports, conference, banqueting, and entertainment as well as community facilities for local people.
